I began doing photography as a hobby over 7 years ago when I started travelling from my native South Africa and wanted more than just snapshots to remember my journeys by. My interest grew and, after recommendation by some friends, I attended my first few formal courses. From there it all snowballed, I was hooked! Several years on and, after showing my work within clubs, local exhibitions and to a few friends and colleagues, their feedback convinced me to offer my services to a wider audience. So, here I am!

I work in a relaxed manner, preferring to minimise the classic, formal poses and replacing them with natural, contemporary images that better reflect the people that are their subject. I can work in both black-and-white or colour and capture great memories without making you feel uncomfortable or rushed.
